Ice Skating Cake
I am so annoyed with myself that I didn't take time for better pictures of this cake!!! It turned out great - and my favorite part was the sketched out design from the birthday girl with exactly how the cake should look. Apparently she loves watching Cake Boss - and I hope I lived up to her expectations :)

Gorgeous photos-and what a tasty looking cake! I’ve actually never tried "Ice Skating Cake before but I think I may have to go out and search for it just so I can try out this recipe.....
